Family Trip to Bali

Six nights built around a toddler and an infant, with a morning meal shared with orangutans as the highlight.

Bali with an infant and a toddler in tow works because so much of the island runs at their pace already , private villas with their own pool, short drives, and a level of hospitality that quietly adjusts around nap times without anyone having to ask.

This is one of the Bali itineraries we've planned for a family before , six nights, seven days across Ubud and Seminyak, built for two adults, one child (2.5 years) and one infant travelling together. It's shared here to show what a family trip through Bali could look like. A version built around your own family's size, pace, and dates would look a little different , and that's the point.

Why Travel to Bali with Your Young Family

Bali Zoo's breakfast with the orangutans is the trip's centrepiece , a full breakfast served alongside the animals, followed by encounters and shows that ask nothing of a toddler beyond staying awake through them.

Ulun Danu Beratan Temple and Bali Safari World fill an easy second day, and Ubud Monkey Forest closes it out in the afternoon , three stops, one vehicle, no rushing.

If you asked us: keep the villa private-pool. A toddler and an infant get more out of an afternoon splashing at the villa than another temple on the list.

A breakfast shared with orangutans, a temple at sunset, a villa pool to fall back on between all of it , Bali gives a young family a week that never asks too much of a toddler's patience.
