Planning Trips for Families

Every family travels differently. Some want beaches and rest, some want cities and experiences, some want an itinerary with room to breathe and play. We ask before we plan, then build a trip that matches how your family actually spends time together, flights, hotels, transport and activities managed as one plan, so you travel and we handle the rest.

Curating Family Vacations

We Listen to You

Family interests, travel style, individual needs, any concerns, your timeline, we start by understanding the actual family, not a generic profile of one.

We Design for You

Custom itineraries built around interests, matched activities, and a pace that fits this family specifically.

We Manage for You

Flights, hotels, transport, forex, coordinated end to end so you're not the one holding it together.

Places to Travel With Family

A family trip is about being together without being rushed. Mountains, beach or city, the right destination has something for every generation and never feels like it's being ticked off a list.

Family Testimonials

“

Parents had a wonderful experience overall. My parents were extremely happy with the entire trip, which means a lot to us. The driver was very cooperative, courteous, and supportive throughout the journey. The hotels arranged were excellent, they were comfortable, well-located, and truly enhanced the experience. Thank you Namrata for organizing everything so seamlessly!

We recently travelled to Singapore with family for vacation for 7 days. It was a wonderfully organised trip by TRAVENZA HOLIDAYS. The stay and the itinerary was good. We had customised the itinerary as per our requirements and TRAVENZA did a wonderful job in customising. Overall we were very happy by the organising of TRAVENZA.

Travenza has helped me with multiple visas, all of which came in record time. We also recently booked a Kenya safari tour for 11 days with the company, and they absolutely came through with everything we wanted! Travenza helped us with everything. The itinerary, flight options, food options, activities, transfers, vaccines and visas. There was very little we had to do, other than submitting our documents. Everything was planned and executed quickly, with multiple options to pick from.

What If Your Family Needs Something Different?

Single Parent Taking the Kids on the Road?

We suggest destinations that are easier to navigate solo and handle the trickier logistics, no judgment, just practical planning.

Blended Family Trip?

Different children, different relationships, different comfort levels. We plan with that dynamic in mind rather than around it.

Multi-Generational Trip?

Grandparents, parents and children move at different speeds. We build in activities suited to each age, not a single pace for everyone.

A Child With Additional Needs?

We research destinations and hotels for the right accommodations and contact providers directly to confirm they can actually deliver.

An Anxious Traveller in the Family?

We simplify the decisions and take the uncertainty off your plate. Travel shouldn't be harder than staying home.

Frequently Asked Questions

What should I consider when planning a family trip?

Each family member's interests and energy levels, a destination with a genuine range of activities, and a schedule with room to breathe. We build itineraries that work across ages and still leave time for parents to switch off.

What are the best destinations by age group?

Under 3: beach resorts with nanny services, such as the Maldives. Ages 4–8: Thailand or the Amalfi Coast. Ages 9–14: African safaris or the Swiss Alps. Teens: Japan or Patagonia. Multi-generational groups: a mixed-pace base like the Maldives paired with Italy.

How far in advance should we book?

Three to six months generally, four to six for peak season (July–September, Christmas). Late booking is possible but costs more and limits choice.

Are there hidden costs to plan for?

None if planned properly. Budget for tips, a few nicer meals, optional activities, insurance, visas and souvenirs, we give you a full cost breakdown upfront.

Is international travel safe with young children?

Yes, with the right planning. We stick to destinations with solid infrastructure, and travel insurance covers medical emergencies and evacuation if needed.

What documents does the family need?

Passports valid six months past return, visas where required, travel insurance, vaccination proof, document copies, and a birth certificate if a single parent is travelling with a child.

Any tips for flying with young children?

Time flights around nap schedules where possible, book extra legroom, and pre-order a child meal. We plan flight timing around your child's age and routine, not just the cheapest option.

Can we modify the itinerary after booking?

Yes, activities, hotels, dates and pace can all shift. Fees may apply closer to travel depending on the change, and we're upfront about that from the start.

What if something goes wrong during the trip?

We're reachable 24/7 for delays, illness, cancelled activities, hotel issues or lost documents. You're not managing it alone.

What's your cancellation policy?

90+ days out: refund minus a processing fee. 60–90 days: 75–80% refund. 30–60 days: 50%. Within 30 days: non-refundable bookings may still be covered by travel insurance.
