How do we plan a trip everyone in the group will enjoy?

Know each traveller's interests and energy level, choose a destination with genuine variety, and balance group time with room to break off. We build itineraries around all of that.

What are the best destinations for a friend group?

Thailand for a mix of parties and culture at good value, Portugal for something relaxed and food-focused, Greece for islands with a range of atmospheres, and Bali for beaches, temples and nightlife in one trip.

How far ahead should we book?

Three to six months for the best rates. Peak season (May–August, Christmas) needs four to six months. Last-minute (two to four weeks) is possible but limited and pricier.

What documents will the group need?

Passports valid six months past return, visas where required, travel insurance, and copies of key documents for everyone.

How do we choose activities that suit everyone?

We build in options each day, adventure for those who want it, culture or downtime for those who don't, so nobody's stuck doing something they didn't sign up for.

Can people have different check-in and check-out dates?

Yes, some arrive early, some stay late. We coordinate that around the shared parts of the trip.

What makes Travenza different from booking it ourselves?

We handle the planning and logistics a DIY trip usually trips up on, tailor the itinerary to your specific group rather than a fixed package, and stay reachable throughout, not just up to the booking.

Can we change the itinerary after booking?

Yes, activities, hotels, dates and pace can all be adjusted. Changes closer to travel may carry a fee, and we're upfront about that from the start.

What's the cancellation policy?

90+ days out: full refund minus an administration charge. 60–90 days: 75–80%. 30–60 days: 50%. Within 30 days: non-refundable, though travel insurance may cover emergencies.
