Company Registration Certificate: GST Certificate / Certificate of Incorporation / Udyam Registration (as applicable)
Employment proof: ID card copy or employment letter (if employee)
Invitation Letter from the Chinese company, including applicant's full name and passport number, purpose of visit, travel dates, inviting company's details, and official company stamp and signature
Chinese Company Business License copy
ID copy of the person signing the invitation letter
Financial Documents: recent personal bank statement (6 months), Income Tax Returns (recommended), salary slips (3 months), Aadhar Card copy
