Documents Required

What you need for Peru.

Passport: Original passport valid for at least six months from the date of travel, with at least two blank pages.
Application Form: Duly filled and signed (DGC 005 Form), obtainable from the embassy.
Photographs: Three recent, color, passport-size photographs (4.3 cm x 3.5 cm) with a white background.
Cover Letter: Personal covering letter explaining the purpose of the trip and itinerary.
Financial Proof: Original bank statements (last 6 months) stamped by the bank and updated.
Income Tax Returns: Last 1-2 years' IT returns.
Employment Details: if employed, NOC from the company and salary slips; if self-employed, business registration certificate/MOA.
Itinerary/Tickets: Confirmed round-trip flight bookings.
Accommodation: Confirmed hotel bookings for the entire stay.

Visa Waiver Eligibility: You may not need a Peruvian visa if you have a valid visa or permanent residence in the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, or a Schengen member state.
