Culture
The Taj Mahal and Pushkar's 400-plus temples, including the Brahma Temple.
Seven nights that start at the Taj Mahal and end in Udaipur, with Pushkar's holy lake and Chittorgarh's fort in between.
Four friends with a week to spare can cover more ground than the standard Rajasthan circuit , this one opens with the Taj Mahal, then works south and west through Jaipur, Pushkar and Udaipur, with three separate temple detours along the way.
This is one of the Rajasthan itineraries we've planned for a group of friends before , seven nights, eight days across Delhi, Agra, Jaipur, Ajmer, Pushkar and Udaipur, built for four adults travelling together. It's shared here to show what a friends' trip through Rajasthan could look like. A version built around your own group's size, pace, and dates would look a little different , and that's the point.
Why This Trip
The Taj Mahal at the start sets a high bar, and this route doesn't let the rest of the trip coast on it , Fatehpur Sikri's Buland Darwaza, Amber Fort, and Pushkar's 400-plus temples (including the rare one dedicated to Brahma) each get their own full stop.
Nathdwara's Srinath Ji Temple and Eklingji Temple sit directly on the road from Pushkar to Udaipur, alongside the Haldighati museum , a stretch most itineraries treat as transit time. This one treats it as part of the trip.
per adult, based on 4 adults travelling together, excluding airfare
