Culture
Haedong Yonggungsa Temple in Busan and Gyeongbokgung Palace in Seoul.
A small group's detour through Busan's coastal villages and a stay next to Everland, built around priority access to the pandas.
A small group of friends travelling through South Korea gets to make room for a stop most itineraries leave out entirely , a stay right next to Everland, with priority access to its giant panda enclosure before the day's queues build up.
This is one of the South Korea itineraries we've planned for a group of friends before , six nights, seven days across Busan and Seoul, built for three adults travelling together as the South Korea leg of a longer Japan and South Korea journey. It's shared here to show what a friends' trip through South Korea could look like. A version built around your own group's size, pace, and dates would look a little different , and that's the point.
Why This Trip
This route enters South Korea through Busan rather than Seoul, giving the group a full private city tour of Cheongsapo Daritdol Skywalk, Haedong Yonggungsa Temple, and the Gukje and Jagalchi Markets before heading north by train.
A two-night stay in Yongin, a short cab ride from Everland, means the group gets priority admission to Panda World and Bao Haus without the usual early-morning scramble. If you asked us: base yourself near Everland rather than day-tripping from Seoul , the extra ten minutes each way buys a noticeably quieter park.
per person (approx.), based on 3 adults travelling together, for the South Korea portion of a combined Japan-South Korea holiday, including international airfare
