Miami opens with a Big Bus night tour down Ocean Drive, then a full city-and-boat combo through Little Havana and Biscayne Bay, before a Key West day trip with a glass-bottom boat over the reef.

Tampa is the stop most Florida itineraries skip entirely, and it earns its place here , a walking tour through Ybor City, the neighbourhood that argues it invented the Cuban sandwich, followed by an afternoon at the Florida Aquarium.
