Taj Exotica sits eight kilometres from Malé International Airport, a fifteen-minute private speedboat ride that runs around the clock , short enough that the honeymoon feeling starts before the villa door even opens. The lagoon water villa comes with its own sundeck and balcony, built for the kind of morning where neither of you gets up first.

March sits in the dry season, which means calmer water for diving, fishing, or windsurfing if either of you wants the day active, and a still lagoon if neither of you does. If you asked us: book the Deep End for one dinner and eat everywhere else at 24 Degrees , the variety suits five nights better than one restaurant on repeat.

    A day built around the lagoon , diving, fishing, or windsurfing for whoever wants it, and a sundeck for whoever doesn't.

    Jiva Grande Spa

    A couple's treatment at Jiva Grande Spa, followed by an evening with nothing else scheduled.
