Financial proof: certified personal bank statements for the last 6 months
Financial proof: Income Tax Returns (ITR) for the last 3 years
Financial proof: last 3 months' salary slips
Occupation proof: NOC/leave sanction letter from employer, or business registration documents if self-employed
Travel plans: day-by-day itinerary signed by the applicant
